The GE Vernova field services Safety Execution Team has developed and implemented effective practices and programs in the last year, including:

A “buddy system” to increase awareness and accountability
Updated, digital Division of Responsibility between GE Vernova and the customer
Pre-outage site risk assessment and mitigation plan (Site Risk Profile)

Standard work is leveraged to create consistent implementation of our safety expectations at every site.
